There is no such thing as normal wear and tear for rooftop anchor systems. The system either works or your anchors need to be replaced.
Skyline installs new anchors AND replaces old anchors, especially during a retrofit or reroof process. If your building’s roof is 20 to 30 years old, so are the anchors. Old rooftop anchor systems are likely galvanized or powder coated steel products firmly in the deterioration process.
