Rick Ensing founded Skyline Fall Protection, Inc. in 2007 and has now since retired. Although, he is still involved in a lot of the businesses day to day activities. Rick has long term experience running and operating a business in the fall protection industry.

Matt Ensing

Vice President

Matt Ensing has been with Skyline Fall Protection, Inc. since nearly the beginning and is an experienced project manger. Matt spent his beginning years working in the field and has extensive knowledge in the fall protection industry.

Corey Chandler

Business Partner

Corey Chandler has been with Skyline Fall Protection, Inc. since 2013. With an extensive mechanical background, Corey is well rounded in design and manufacturing. Corey is also apart of our Project Management team. 

Joel Buck

Operations Manager

Joel Buck is a viable part of Skyline Fall Protection, Inc.'s team. Joel manages most of the design and fabrication processes as well as helping with project management and scheduling. Joel has a strong background in manufacturing and has a eye for custom solutions.

Madison Ensing

Safety & Training Director

Madison Ensing has been with Skyline Fall Protection, Inc. since 2018. Starting out as the Office Manager, Madison has a strong background in the financial and administrative aspects of the company. Madison focuses on Skyline's comprehensive safety and training program.

Joshua Timmerman

Mechanical Designer

Joshua Timmerman is Skyline Fall Protection, Inc.'s full time Mechanical Designer. Joshua has a diverse background in SolidWorks and simulations. Joshua works closely with our fabrication team to finalize and perfect custom and standard designs.

Jared Koekkoek

Junior Engineer

Jared Koekkoek is our newest team member. Jared is a Michigan State graduate, graduating with a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. Jared works closely with our design team to make sure our solutions pass general engineering rules. Jared is continuing his education to attain his engineering license.

Jim Vande Waa

Project Manager

Jim Vande Waa has been with Skyline Fall Protection, Inc. since 2018. Jim is an experienced project manager with a strong background in residential construction. Jim has an eye for custom solutions and has the experience to offer our customers exactly what they are looking for and more.

Ian Van Hall

Inspection & Certification Specialist

Ian Van Hall is Skyline Fall Protection Inc.'s Inspection & Certification Specialist. With a prior background as a field technician, Ian has the knowledge to identify possible problems in the field. He has extensive training and certifications to validate his experience and knowledge revolving around safety.

Noel Tibbitts

Finance Manager & Lead Admin

Noel Tibbitts is Skyline Fall Protection, Inc.'s Lead Admin and Finance Manager. Noel has been apart of the Skyline team since 2020 bringing her vast knowledge and prior experience. Noel is tasked with managing the administrative and financial aspects of the company. 

Megan Van Hall

Administrative Assistant & Estimator

Megan Van Hall is Skyline Fall Protection, Inc.'s Administrative Assistant. Megan handles accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as quote estimates as needed. Megan has been with Skyline since the beginning of 2022.

Adam Maxwell

Shop Foreman

Adam Maxwell runs Skyline Fall Protection, Inc.'s machine and fabrication shop. Adam has extensive knowledge in the mechanical world and has proven that to be true during his time with Skyline. Adam is also responsible for all of our shipping and receiving.
